A clear 7-day defect-focused return and exchange policy, adapted from Veeha Boutique’s existing refund policy.

Overview

Veeha Boutique accepts return or exchange requests for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed after receiving your order, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and returned with the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return request.

Partial refunds

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to Veeha Boutique may qualify only for a partial refund.
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery are not eligible for a standard refund.
  • Sale items are not refundable unless the issue is related to a verified defect or damage.

Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, Veeha Boutique will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund is processed to the original method of payment. Bank and payment-gateway timelines may vary, but the expected refund window is usually 10-12 days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, email info@veehaboutique.com and follow the return instructions shared by the support team.

Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Veeha Boutique confirms a different arrangement.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
  • For higher-value returns, use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Veeha Boutique cannot guarantee receipt of an untracked return parcel.
