Domestic shipping

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days after receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday 12 pm GMT through Sunday, or on holidays.

During high-volume periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If a shipment experiences a significant delay, Veeha Boutique will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Veeha Boutique currently handles shipments through Shiprocket and trusted delivery partners.

Tracking and delivery

You will receive shipment confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.
Overnight delivery may be available only for select addresses within the Gujarat Kutch region.
Shipments to P.O. box addresses within India may be handled through India Post where supported.

International shipping

Veeha Boutique ships worldwide. International shipping fees are calculated according to the destination country and are handled manually when needed.

Customs, damages, and missing shipments

Customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and destination-country charges are the customer’s responsibility.
If an order arrives damaged, please preserve the packaging and product so a carrier claim can be filed.

Wrong or incomplete shipping addresses may delay, cancel, or prevent delivery if the carrier cannot recover the package.
